Karen Youth Organisation works for the development of Karen youths. We provide training and support for Karens in Burma and Thailand and assist them in their struggle for freedom and democracy in Burma.

Homeland Project
KYO and KSNG, together with interested people in Australia, have formed an exchange project between IDP youths, refugee camp youths and Karen youths resettled in Australia.
Aim
To share experiences between IDP youths, refugee camp youths and resettled youths in Australia to build understanding and mutual support
The youths in each area make short movies about their lives and share them with each other. Through these movies they learn about their peers' living situation in different places and build understanding among Karen.
